While this will take some years to implement, AI will almost certainly be ferrying the average person from place to place by the end of the current decade. With more and more people turning to tech for their work and entertainment needs, there are only so many support technicians and customer service agents in the world, and AI will be able to provide online solutions at a much more efficient pace. Of course, this is tech that will need a few more years of development but could ultimately lead to better customer service across the globe.
